Shillong is center point for Meghlalaya having the nearby places like Cherrapunjee, Kaziranga, Mawlynnong, Dawki, Jowai & Guwahati. Although Shillong has its own Airport named as Umroi Airport but generally people arrive at Guwahati Airport due to high frequency of flights. Shillong has many tourist spots like Lady Hydari Park, Ward’s Lake Museum, Shillong Peak, Laitlum Canyon & Elephant Falls. Here in this package we have tried to cover maximum places in short duration. Day 1: Guwahati – Shillong (98 km/3 hours)
On arrival in Guwahati for Shillong Tour Package, you will be greeted by AMT’s representative who will escort you to Shillong. While traveling we see the majestic Umiam Lake (Barapani) surrounded by sylan hills and wrapped in the beauty of an assortment of green Khasi-pines and the azure blue skies. Upon arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel at Shillong.

Day 2: Shillong Sightseeing
In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to visit Lady Hydari Park, Ward’s Lake Museum, Airforce Museum, Botanical Garden. Shillong and its surrounding is dotted with splendid waterfalls cascading down deep valleys forming misty sparks as they break the silence of the surroundings. Elephant Falls is a mountain stream gorging down two successive falls set in dells of fern covered rocks. Shillong Peak offers a birds eye view of the entire city and valley. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Shillong Sightseeing & Transfer to Guwahati
In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Guwahati. After arriving at Guwahati visit Kamakhya Temple. After darshan check in at the hotel. In the evening enjoy the stunning Sunset View at the Brahmaputra River. Evening free to explore Paltan Bazaar. Later overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Departure
In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Airport for the drop. After arriving at Airport we will drop you for your onward journey. Your arrival at the Airport will mark the end of Shillong Tour Package & services with unforgettable memories of Northeast.
